We use specialty software designed for for Fire Protection Practitioners. AutoSprink VR Creating accurate drawings with virtual 3D renderings are the hallmarks of AutoSprink. Because AutoSPRINK VR is a true 3-D drawing system, all elevation input is automatic and precisely created as the fire system is drawn. Required notations will automatically be displayed on all hydraulic reports. Calculations can be conducted at any point during the design process from one pipe and sprinkler or hydrant to complex systems with unlimited pipe geometry. A complex design with a tree system being supplied from a grid system within a grid system can be calculated instantaneously with all node tags placed automatically. The hydraulic reports and drawings printed by AutoSPRINK VR are clear and concise. Reports and drawings can be printed to any output device that has a Microsoft Windows driver, including printers, plotters and fax devices. Print reports detailing hydraulic analysis of pipes, supply graph, riser tags or statistics at checkpoint gauges set in the drawing. A general summary of the entire system is automatically generated from the drawing criteria and works as a cover page for the complete report. AutoSPRINK VR's reports are not confined to text and numeric data.
NIST's Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) is a computational fluid dynamics program designed specifically for Fire Protection practitioners. FDS, and its accompanying graphics program Smokeview, provide a field model with extremely powerful graphics that can be run on a PC. This application is used by our Fire Protection practitioners with an understanding of fire dynamics and fire modeling. The modeling will comprise a number of discrete topics that isolate the features that must be considered when simulating fires with FDS. In addition, we will gradually model a more complicated scenario of your own choosing |
